Staffers create products by repurposing donated items. Staff positions can accommodate a variety of skill levels. They include:
     • creating products
     • organizing donated items
     • working in a shop to clean, repair, and prep donated items
     • working the sales floor
     • displaying merchandise
     • maintenance
     • temporary child care
     • balloon sculpting
     • greeters

WORKING THE PREP SHOP
Donated items need to be cleaned. Wood items need to be sanded and painted, if required. Metal and glass items need to be cleaned. Finished items need picture hooks or display props.

WORKING THE SALES FLOOR
Staffers greet customers and assist them.

DISPLAYING MERCHANDISE
Staffers create and manage sales displays and window displays.

MAINTENANCE
Keeping the store clean and accepting donated items.
